We want you to love your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If an issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the third party producer’s facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we have confirmed an updated address.
  • If a package is unclaimed and returned, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Buyer’s Remorse / Size Exchanges

  • Because all items are custom made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or preference-based returns. Please carefully review sizing charts before placing your order.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed for defective products, misprints, or fulfillment errors.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once the issue is confirmed.
