  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship only within the contiguous 48 United States.
  • Free shipping is available for orders of $79 or more.
  • We do not guarantee delivery times, as fulfillment and shipping times may vary depending on Printful’s production schedule.
  • Expedited or 2-day shipping is not available.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted for misprinted, defective, or damaged items.
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or preference.
